The species in the CCCBDB have no more than 60 atoms total, and most species have 6 or fewer heavy atoms (non-hydrogen atoms), and only K, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, Ge, As, Se, Br, Kr and I beyond Ar.
There are only 2186 species in the CCCBDB, so not every molecule that meets the above criteria is included.

A list of all the species in CCCBDB can be found in section I.B. A list of all the species in the CCCBDB. The list can be constrained to show only certain types of species, such as species made of carbon, hydrogen and chlorine.
